Alimosho business district in Lagos prepares to receive the world; as this year’s edition of the Real Estate Conference looks forward to hosting participants from every sector of the economy -By Ranti Adedeji
Alimosho remains a major business district in the Lagos megacity. Stakeholders also believe that various businesses have thrived within the Alimosho local business environment. No wonder, advocates of local business economy, like renowned Professor Pat Utomi, would not hesitate to identify with any lofty idea that aim at bringing businesses together within an immediate environment.
Alimosho’s is known to be in the forefront when it comes to the development of local economy among other business districts in the state. It ranks very high among other districts which include: Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Ikeja, Badagry and Epe.
Who then, would not want to bring his trade to Alimosho Business District with a population of about 4.3 million? This is spread across its five local council development areas, which are: Agbado/Okeodo, Egbeda/Akowonjo, Ipaja/Ayobo, Egbe/Idimu and Ikotun/Igando.
Real Estate is never a push-aside in any local economy. It brings prospective property owners face-to-face with purveyors that readily meet their property needs. Similarly, those who have properties for sale, rent or long lease are brought before those in need of their properties.
Property News is therefore raising the stake of Real Estate from Alimosho, as it is the practice in other business districts in the State, where Real Estate has become the toast of investors as well as stakeholders.
In order to make Real Estate business more vibrant and create business opportunities, Property News is organising a conference where stakeholders will interact to foster a synergy that would boost their business. The focus is to explore various business aspects of Real Estate, where new entrants, as well veteran, can delve into.
Besides, the conference will also discuss the most effective marketing tools for Real Estate business, especially in this age when the world has become a “global village” and easier to do business from the comfort of one’s home. These two topics would be handled by seasoned resource persons.
The conference, which is slated for Friday, September 6, 2019, offers investors the opportunity to talk about their products before a live audience; and secondly, exhibit their products at the venue of the event. It also provides them with the opportunity to invite interested participants to market their products.
The conference, first of its kind in the community, looks forward to hosting participants from every sector of the economy. Real Estate practitioners, consultants, developers, brokers, home owners, investors, captains of industries, bankers, manufacturers, the media, youth corpers, job seekers, students and members of the public are also expected at the annual conference.
